Enrique Lerma is developing a seafood and wine bar concept at 1614 Third Avenue, previously occupied by Kaia Wine Bar. The new establishment will operate seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Lerma, who co-owns Bar Vivant and Alison, presented his plans to Community Board 8's Street Life Committee, which unanimously approved his liquor license application. The opening timeline for the restaurant has not yet been announced.
