Hiking my way out of labels on a trail to the true me

During my solo hikes, I excavated deep within myself to understand, let go of, and evolve the labels I use to articulate my identity, realizing that who you are changes over time.
The shift from being 'a runner' to 'an explorer' expanded my outlook, allowing me to experience various activities, as I freed myself to evolve through the many ways one can embody exploration.
By releasing narrowly defined labels, we articulate our underlying values and beliefs, moving through a world of possibility without being bound by societal expectations or preconceived identities.
What happens if we imagine who we could become before expectations were imposed? It's crucial to reflect on our journey to uncover true aspects of ourselves.
