The primary issue centered around the ineffective generation of leads. Client's platform struggled to capture visitors' interest and convert them into customers with weak sign up form.
Our scope was to conduct the research to identify customer segments, their pain points and barriers to start engaging with the product. Based on the results redesign the platform with development of new UX/UI for the platform.
