Two New Yorkers were arrested in Redondo Beach on suspicion of breaking into a home and tying up two residents for an extended period. Redondo Beach police responded to a 911 call about someone pointing a gun at another person this morning. Upon arrival, they discovered that the two residents had suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were bound. Jesus Velez, 31, and Draven Luna, 21, were arrested nearby and booked on robbery, kidnapping, and burglary charges. They will face the Los Angeles County district attorney's office this week.
