A third person has died from consuming products tainted with listeria, with 43 illnesses linked to Boar's Head deli meats. The outbreak resulted in the recall of seven million pounds of meat.
Boar's Head is facing three lawsuits over the outbreak, and 13 states have reported people falling ill. Every year, about 1,600 people in the U.S. develop serious listeria infections.
