"Unscrupulous employers who prey on the vulnerability of noncitizen workers harm all workers and disadvantage businesses who play by the rules," said Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, emphasizing the government's commitment to protecting immigrants and holding employers accountable.
