The FDA adds more brands to a new alert for lead-contaminated cinnamon
Briefly

The FDA has added more brands to its major health alert for cinnamon, due to them being contaminated with lead, with between 2.03 and 7.01 parts per million (ppm) found in various brands.
Long-term lead exposure in children can lead to developmental issues, brain damage, and learning problems, while adults may face similar effects with higher lead exposure, according to the CDC.
