The shooting happened about 11:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 63rd Street near San Pablo Avenue. Police said initial reports were that the man, who lives in another area of Oakland, was shot in the abdomen after getting into an argument with some other people,"
"It was also not known if the man knew the people he was arguing with. After he was shot the man was able to flag down a passerby who stayed with him until officers got to the scene.
