An 18-year-old woman named Abriana Herrera Perez died at the scene of a three vehicle crash in Seekonk. Reports came in around 11 p.m. regarding the incident on I-195 West. Three occupants of a Mazda were transported to Rhode Island Hospital with minor injuries. The Mazda suffered disabling damage and Perez was confirmed as the fourth occupant. A Toyota Tacoma overturned in the median, its 69-year-old operator also sustaining minor injuries. In addition, a motorcycle operator incurred injuries. The investigation by Massachusetts State Police is ongoing.
