A 15-year-old illegal migrant has been arrested for stabbing a man to death on Long Island, officials said. Cops were called just before 12:30 a.m. Friday to a home on Roosevelt Place in Mineola, where they found a 32-year-old man who had been stabbed in the abdomen, the Nassau County Police Department said in a news release.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he died from the injuries, police said. The baby-faced perp - who was arrested at the scene - was in the country illegally, Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman told News 12 Friday.
He was charged with second-degree murder and ordered held without bail by a judge in the Youth Section of First District Court during his arraignment Saturday, a spokesperson for the Nassau County District Attorney's Office told The Post.
Officials would not say whether the suspect and vic knew each other, or confirm the immigration status of the teen, as he is a minor.
