Mitch McConnell was discharged from the hospital on Monday and is recovering from his concussion, according to a spokesperson for the Senate minority leader.Communications Director David Popp said in a statement that McConnell's medical team discovered he suffered a "minor rib fracture" after his fall at a D.C. hotel last week, for which he's also receiving treatment.
