"When I think people think of the working class, they think of people who use their hands. And we know that Donald Trump has been going after that vote, and he is in a very, very strong position, more so perhaps than any other bloc," Enten stated, noting the significant shift in support among working-class voters, particularly those with vocational or trade school backgrounds towards Trump, highlighting the changing political landscape.
"Kamala Harris is likely to have the worst Democratic performance in a generation among union voters in November," Enten said, emphasizing the alarming trend that shows her currently leading union voters by only nine points, a stark contrast to past Democratic performances.
"That would be the worst Democratic performance in a generation," Enten remarked about Harris’s potential performance, noting that it falls ten points short of Biden’s 19-point lead among union voters in the previous elections.
"The Teamsters union, sporting more than a million members, did not endorse a candidate in this election despite backing Democrats for more than two decades," Enten highlighted the shift in union allegiance, signaling a significant change in the voters' landscape.
