Wembley murder: Shoppers 'ran for their lives' as man fatally stabbed inside post office
"A man was stabbed to death on a busy street in northwest London after an argument broke out inside a Post Office, witnesses have said. Paramedics from London Ambulance Service took the victim out of the shop and battled to save his life on the roadside in front of horrified shoppers. He was then rushed to hospital, where he sadly died. The man's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers."
"A delivery driver who was working close to the scene said shoppers were running and taking cover. He told the Metro: It was terrifying, it was like they were running for their lives. Wembley is busy and there were mothers with prams and kids around some people were screaming. He added: The paramedics took him outside and were giving him chest compressions for ages. They worked very hard to save him."
