Vicky Phelan, who has died aged 48, always refused to stay silent.Towards the end of last year, she appeared on the Late Late Show to tell the country that she was stopping chemotherapy treatment.Her hope was to enjoy as much time as she had left with her children.At that stage, she was in the process of planning her funeral and seeking out her favourite musicians.
