A top female officer in Police Scotland has described as shocking a report which found roughly four out of five colleagues agree sexism and misogyny is an issue within the force.Assistant Chief Constable Emma Bond told a meeting of the Scottish Police Authority (SPA) on Wednesday that the paper makes for difficult reading, but she went on to insist work is ongoing to ensure both women and men can thrive in the force.
