A police officer has been accused of using a confidential database to track down a woman on Instagram and send her heart-eye emojis.Pc Jack Harrison allegedly entered the woman's car registration on the Police National Computer (PNC) to find her details so he could follow her on the social media site, reacting to three of her stories with heart-eyed and flame emojis.
