Marvin Geddes, 33, of Epping Close, Southampton, crashed head-on into PC Derek Hearn at speed while he was involved in the pursuit of a Honda Civic.
Geddes abandoned his stolen Honda Civic after colliding with a Peugeot and fleeing the scene on foot, shocking dashcam footage capturing the entire incident.
