Minister admits flawed decisions led to hero Afghans being turned away

'Undoubtedly there have been some decisions made that are not robust and need to be reviewed', said Armed Forces minister James Heappey.
'Our six-month long investigation revealed how cases were not being properly considered, even though the Triple soldiers fitted the criteria and had evidence showing they worked shoulder to shoulder with British forces', said the minister.
