Karren Brady left terrified after burglar targets 6million Belgravia home in series of raids
Briefly

Baroness Karren Brady has shared her distress following four targeted burglaries at her 6-million property in Belgravia, which left her feeling unsafe in her own home. The incidents occurred while she was away, with valuables like designer bags and cycling tops stolen, totaling over 2,500 pounds. A drug user responsible for the break-ins received an 18-month suspended sentence, which led Brady to describe the event as a profound violation of her personal space. She emphasized the emotional toll of feeling "watched and exploited" and stated that her sense of security has been severely shattered by these events.
While some may view burglary as a crime against property, for me it has been a deeply disturbing violation of my personal space, security, and peace of mind.
Since the burglary I have felt unsafe in my own home. Knowing that a stranger invaded my personal space, went through my belongings...has left me feeling vulnerable and unsettled.
