"Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters responded to a fire on Christchurch Avenue, Kilburn. The fire was located in a semi-detached property of two floors, converted into flats. Part of the first floor and the roof of the property were destroyed by fire. Five people left the property before the Brigade arrived, and all were removed to hospital by the London Ambulance Service."
"Around 60 firefighters and eight engines raced to the scene on Christchurch St, Kilburn after midnight on Thursday, the London Fire Brigade said. The blaze destroyed the first floor and the roof of the semi-detached flats. Five people escaped the property before the brigade arrived and were treated by the London Ambulance Service. Dozens of firefighters fought to control the blaze The fire was brought under control around 4am, LFB said. The cause is not yet known."
Shortly after midnight a fire broke out at a semi-detached property on Christchurch Avenue (Christchurch St), Kilburn, a two-floor building converted into flats. The London Fire Brigade mobilised eight engines and around 60 firefighters after receiving the first of 18 calls at 00:33, deploying a 32m ladder to fight the blaze from above. The fire destroyed part of the first floor and the roof. Five people left the property before crews arrived and were taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service. Firefighters brought the incident under control by 03:57. The cause remains under investigation.
