Childminders have warned they may have to close under the Government's new childcare proposals if they are not funded properly, with Government-funded hourly rates previously undercutting the amount they can earn privately.Jeremy Hunt has promised up to 30 hours a week of free childcare for working parents in England with children as young as nine months, but one childminder accused the Government of thinking they can provide champagne childcare on lemonade funding.
