"Police were called to Old Kent Road at 22:47 BST on 27 August by the London Ambulance Service after reports of a stabbing. Two boys aged 17 were found at the scene with stab wounds. One of the boys was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition. He died on Wednesday, and has been named by the Met as Yeray Sanchez-Morales."

On Monday, a 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He was charged with murder, grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon on Thursday. The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Thursday."
Police responded to a stabbing on Old Kent Road at 22:47 BST on 27 August after a London Ambulance Service call. Two 17-year-old boys were found with stab wounds; one was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition and later died, identified as Yeray Sanchez-Morales. The second victim received treatment for non life-changing or threatening injuries and has been discharged. A 17-year-old was initially arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail. A 15-year-old was later arrested and charged with murder, grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon. Investigators appealed for witness information and dashcam footage via 101 or Crimestoppers.
