The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) stated, 'Toronto police officers engaged with a 44-year-old woman who fell from her balcony shortly thereafter, resulting in her death.'
According to the SIU, 'Investigators are actively seeking any witnesses, videos, or photographic evidence regarding the incident that could provide further clarity.'
