Toronto police released an image Thursday of a pickup truck they say is linked to a fatal hit and run in Etobicoke.The collision happened at the corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Second Street around 5:10 p.m. Wednesday.In a news release, police said the driver was turning right onto Second Street northbound when they struck a 59-year-old man who was crossing the road.
