The Canadian Union of Public Employees' (CUPE) Ontario education workers have served a five-day strike notice, with Toronto District School Board and Toronto Catholic District School Board schools set to close Nov. 21 if negotiations continue to stall.Should the strike begin on Monday, online learning will be available for students, with those already in virtual learning unaffected.
