A woman is dead after a multi-vehicle crash in Mississauga that injured at least eight other people on Thursday.Peel Regional Police say the collision involving eight vehicles happened in the area of Derry and Rexwood roads at about 9:35 a.m.In a news conference Thursday, Const.Sarah Patten said a transit bus was the "initial contact for the collision," which was followed by a "chain reaction."
