York Regional Police report that a man in his 40s was killed in a shooting on Parker Avenue near Yonge Street and King Road in Richmond Hill on Thursday evening. Officers were called to the area at about 6:50 p.m. and found the man lying on the road suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
