Dominique Russell, co-chair of the Kensington Market Community Land Trust, noted, \"As part of the 35th celebration, a new countdown-to-the-festival series began in November, featuring art shows, performances, and Indigenous treaty education.\"
The festival is expected to feature over 200 performers, including musicians, actors, and fire artists, maintaining elements like fire lanterns and lights while enhancing community connections.
