"Delays disrupt lives, affect livelihoods, cause anxiety, and erode public trust," said TTC Chair Coun. Jamaal Myers, emphasizing the need for immediate action by the TTC.
"It almost sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher. You cannot understand what they are saying," said Matlow, highlighting the incomprehensible onboard announcements during delays.
Matlow expressed his frustration, stating, "I don't want to hear excuses. I don't want to hear, 'we can't do that,' or 'we'll get back to you next year.'"
