
"A 76-year-old pedestrian has died following a collision involving a pickup truck in North York Sunday afternoon, Toronto police say. Just before 3 p.m., the 76-year-old man was struck and seriously injured by a motorist in a Ford pickup truck near Keele Street and Gulliver Road, Insp. Jon Rose told reporters Sunday. The man was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries, Rose said."
"The driver of the pickup truck remained on the scene. Rose did not say charges had been laid. Toronto police's traffic services unit is investigating. Anyone with dashcam or surveillance video of the incident is asked to contact investigators."
