On the morning of April 5, 30-year-old Jevon Harris-Smith was shot dead on the front step of his home in the area of Sudeley Lane and Finegan Circle.
Police say investigators have determined that Harris-Smith was not the shooters' intended target.
A 24-year-old man from Toronto was arrested Wednesday, police say. He has been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Investigators are asking anyone with more information or video related to the homicide to come forward.
