Nvidia still can't sell Blackwell chips to China
"Currently, we are not planning to ship anything to China,"
"It's up to China when they would like Nvidia products to go back to serve the Chinese market. I look forward to them changing their policy."

Nvidia's latest-generation Blackwell datacenter accelerators will not be shipped to China in the near term. US lawmakers have pushed to restrict sales of the company's most powerful AI chips to China. Chinese officials have increased pressure to replace Western IT suppliers with domestic alternatives and reportedly banned state-funded datacenters from deploying foreign AI chips. Some lower-end Blackwell-based consumer cards remain available in the region. Plans to negotiate broader exports did not materialize. Nvidia's Q3 forecasts already exclude Chinese sales, while shipments of older Hopper-based H20 accelerators resumed under an agreement that diverts 15% of relevant revenues to the US government.
