Amazon reversed its winter slide and posted strong financial results for the first quarter.Revenue increased 9 percent from a year earlier to $127.4 billion, while net income jumped to 31 cents a share against a loss of 38 cents in 2022, the company said Thursday.Both numbers were better than analysts had expected.
