Adani to battle Reliance, Walmart in India's e-commerce, payments race, report says | TechCrunch

Adani Group is in discussions to venture into e-commerce and digital payments to diversify and compete with industry leaders like Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, and PhonePe.

Adani Group plans to apply for a license to operate on India's Unified Payments Interface and launch a co-branded credit card, in addition to exploring opportunities like online shopping through ONDC.
