Revolut reportedly plans to sell up to $500 million worth of shares at a $45 billion valuation, potentially becoming Europe's most valuable startup, a significant uptick from the $33 billion valuation in 2021.

In the fintech space, 38 unicorns were minted in the U.S. this year. Notable ones include Altruist ($1.5B), Aven ($1B), and Octane ($1.1B) with successful funding rounds and valuations.
