The Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme has launched its sixth funding round, focusing on local community projects that address the skills gap in the job market.
‘The emphasis is on training and employment,’ said Morwenna Hall, the company’s director, highlighting the fund's commitment to supporting local enterprising initiatives.
Councillor Alan Schneiderman noted, 'Local groups could benefit from this extra funding,' which is aimed at creating employment and enhancing skills in the area.
Community projects previously funded include an urban farm's forest school and local schools' initiatives, showcasing the impact of the Brent Cross fund since its inception.
