Civil Rights Groups, Voters Celebrate Voter Purge Case Decision
Briefly

The court rightly rejected this dangerous attempt by plaintiffs to sidestep federal prohibitions against baseless voter purges on the eve of an election. Southern Coalition for Social Justice partners with communities of color and economically disadvantaged communities in the South to defend and advance their political, social, and economic rights through legal advocacy.
