Apple is set to double its footprint in Culver City with the construction of Culver Crossings, a 536,000-square-foot office and production campus. Located at 8888 Venice Boulevard, this expansion includes two buildings featuring offices, multimedia production studios, and substantial open space. It forms part of Apple's broader $500 billion investment plan across the U.S. Designed by Gensler, the campus will encompass modern amenities, accommodating up to 2,400 employees, and aims for completion next year, indicating Apple's commitment to growth in the region.
The campus, dubbed Culver Crossings, would include two four- and five-story buildings stretched across 4.5 acres between National, Washington and Venice boulevards.
This expansion will double Apple's footprint in Culver City and is part of a larger $500 billion investment plan by Apple across the U.S.
