Somm Cellars, a New York City-based wine shop founded by sommeliers Jason Jacobeit and Daniel Jung, is set to expand to Menlo Park with a unique concept. This new location will not only offer a curated selection of wines but will also feature a daytime food menu and an adjoining restaurant, Cafe Vivant. This evolution allows the founders to express their passion for hospitality, which was limited by New York liquor laws. Chef Jared Wentworth will lead the restaurant, emphasizing quality ingredients and sustainable practices.
