Buri Buri, a fast-casual sushi restaurant in Burlingame, allows customers to create their own sushi bento boxes. The restaurant, which began as a food truck, opened its first brick-and-mortar location in December. Sushi pieces range from $2.35 to $3.25 each. Specialty rolls and pressed sushi are featured on the menu, with options like the Scarlet Wave and Kaisen Roll. Bento boxes are priced between $16.95 and $19.95, and unique beverages are also available. The restaurant has limited seating, with many customers choosing to take their orders to go.
