The San Francisco 49ers added safety Tracy Walker III and receiver Robbie Chosen, with Chosen being familiar with the team's system. The team placed defensive end Drake Jackson on the reserve/physically unable to perform list, ending his season.
Robbie Chosen, previously known as Robbie Anderson, had his best season in 2020 with 1,096 receiving yards. He appeared in nine games for the Dolphins last season, being familiar with the 49ers' system.
DaRon Bland, with CeeDee Lamb absent, has had a standout camp as a starting outside cornerback for the 49ers.
