Justin Sullivan/Getty Images San Francisco Public Works is helping the city's residents and businesses prepare for yet another atmospheric river that's expected to bring " anomalous moisture " to the region this week.From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Saturday, residents can grab up to 10 sandbags from the intersection of Marin and Kansas streets, near Cesar Chavez Street.
