Benjamin Fanjoy, Freelance / Special to The Chronicle On November 15, San Francisco formed its 10th cultural district to support the city's Pacific Islander community.The district, located in the Visitacion Valley and Sunnydale neighborhoods, is part of San Francisco's cultural districts program, created in 2018 to "preserve, strengthen and promote cultural communities," according to the program's website.
