Richard Romano, 32, has been charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of rapper Alliauna Green, known as Tan DaGod, shortly after her performance.
Authorities state that both suspects, Richard Romano and Dominic Gates, allegedly fired shots at Green, who was shot at least twice and died later that day.
The tragic shooting took place outside a beauty supply store where Green had just performed, with dozens of witnesses present during the incident.
