Every second Saturday of the month, EXIT Theatre invites writers, actors, directors, theater creators, and theater audiences alike to a free evening of quick script-making and flash-fried performance. This event fosters a spirit of communal creativity, allowing participants to engage in the thrilling process of writing and performing original works based on prompts. It empowers even novices to take the stage, creating an inclusive environment where theater thrives.
Join in for an evening that kicks off with a mixer at 8:30 pm, followed by a 30-minute writing sprint at 9 pm. Writers will generate original monologues based on pre-generated prompts, and at 9:30 pm, performances will take place live in the café setting. This one-night-only instant festival celebrates not only the craft of writing but also the spontaneity of live performance, attracting diverse participants from the audience.
