In a subsequent blaze at Peaceful Glen Court, the fire escalated to a second alarm within minutes as it spread from a garage to a neighboring house.
Both fires left their respective homes uninhabitable, impacting a total of at least eleven residents who will need assistance, with investigations ongoing into their causes.
