Forth Worth's population grows by over 20,000 residents, surpassing San Jose and becoming the 12th most populous city as the South sees significant growth.

Crystal Delbe from the Census Bureau notes the South's growth trend, with most rapid-growing cities located there, including eight in Texas alone.

Lathrop in California's Central Valley is one of the fastest-growing cities with over 20,000 residents, experiencing a population increase of over 13%.
