The suspect, a white male in his 60s, allegedly fired at police and into an occupied home. Witnesses reported a significant amount of gunfire, with one neighbor recounting hearing dozens of shots. The situation ended with the suspect being shot and killed by police. Thankfully, no officers or civilians were injured in the incident, which has left the community shocked.
At first, I heard five loud boom, boom, boom, boom... and I just thought it was my neighbor doing some construction next door, but then I come outside, and I see all the cop cars.
Within an 8 minute period, I heard about 30, 40 shots, and [I] never experienced anything like that and it was scary.
