Google Street View One man is dead and two people were injured after a hit-and-run quickly followed by a vehicle collision occurred in San Francisco 's Mission District early Sunday morning, police said.Officers responded to the scene of the first crash at the intersection of 16th and Capp streets at approximately 2:11 a.m., and found that a pedestrian had been injured.
