Kelley Austin Guest, 76, missing since July 14, was discovered deceased at Battery Rathbone-McIndoe, Marin County, near Black Sands Beach.
Marin County Search and Rescue located Guest, investigation ongoing into the circumstances and cause of death as per Marin County Chief Deputy Coroner Roger Fielding.
